DESIGNS 

We allow up to 2 screen printed designs per website. We work with you to come up with the perfect design for your customers. Most teams pick a generic school design as well as a sport specific design, but we are happy to accommodate whatever you think will you help you raise the most money. Although we do limit the number of designs per website we can put those designs on as many productions as you think people will buy.

PRICING 

Once designs are approved and you have decided which products we are going to put them on you will receive a spreadsheet of all the items and the cost they are to you. You then decide what you want to make them up to and you profit the difference! Once we have closed the website and processed all the orders we will give you a check for the profits from your website, with no out of pocket expenses to you.

TIME FRAME

We have found that to make the most profits it is beneficial to keep the website open for just 2-3 weeks for initial ordering. Once those orders are processed wait another couple of weeks for those customers to start wearing the product and letting others see it. Usually once people see the apparel in person they want to order and we can open the website again for additional orders. We usually have a 1-2 week period from when the website closes to when orders are ready for customers to pick up or to be shipped.

SHIPPING

You will have several different options as far as getting the merchandise to the customers once orders are placed. We can have customers pick them up here at the shop, we can ship them, or you can pick them up and have team members deliver them to customers. We can tailor these options to whatever works best for you and your customers.

COST TO YOU

There is no out of pocket expense to you at all! (*See sales minimums) There is a small one time fee for digitizing embroidered designs, that will come out of your end profits. We keep these designs on file forever so if you use it for a future website, you won’t have to pay that fee again.

SALES MINIMUMS 

We do require $500 in sales per website. If you do not reach the $500 sales minimum there will be a $50 set up fee deducted from your profits.  Most organizations do not have a problem reaching the $500 sales minimum.
